Eric T. Burkhardt

Eric T. Burkhardt is a litigation attorney at Schatz, Steinberg & Klayman dedicating his practice to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability as well as a wide variety of criminal matters including DUI, narcotics, firearm, assault, and robbery offenses. Rick is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Schatz, Steinberg & Klayman, Rick gained invaluable experience at the Defenders Association of Philadelphia where he handled hundreds of cases from the initial arrest through preliminary hearing, pre-trial motions, trials, sentencings, and violation of probation hearings.
