Joy Wheeler

Joy is the Intake Team Leader at Schatz, Steinberg & Klayman and works directly with founding partner, Steven Schatz, in the early development of our clients’ cases.  Having been a member of the Intake Team since 2019, Joy has the knowledge, experience and compassion to listen to our clients from the very first phone call and help formulate the best plan to address their needs.  In addition to providing that initial and important stream of communication with our clients, and providing advocacy to our clients in the early stages following their injury, Joy assists in the opening of our clients’ files and helps transition our clients’ cases to their dedicated Team, who will work with our clients to bring about the best resolution for their claims.
